SRM 2082 - Pathlength Absorbance Standards for Microliter Volume Spectrophotometers
本標準參考物質（SRM）是經過認證的吸光度標準，用於測定微升體積分光光度計和固定光程比色皿的光程。 SRM 2082的單位由三個2mL安瓿組成，每個安瓿一個空白緩衝溶液（10mM 2-氨基-2-羥甲基 - 丙烷-1,3二醇（TRIS）緩衝液，pH8.0）; TRIS緩衝液（組分A）中的色氨酸（1.4mM）; 和TRIS緩衝液中的尿嘧啶（1.0mM）（組分B）。 每個安瓿含有約1.8毫升溶液。
