SRM 2082 - Pathlength Absorbance Standards for Microliter Volume Spectrophotometers
本标准参考物质（SRM）是经过认证的吸光度标准，用于测定微升体积分光光度计和固定光程比色皿的光程。 SRM 2082的单位由三个2mL安瓿组成，每个安瓿一个空白缓冲溶液（10mM 2-氨基-2-羟甲基 - 丙烷-1,3二醇（TRIS）缓冲液，pH8.0）; TRIS缓冲液（组分A）中的色氨酸（1.4mM）; 和TRIS缓冲液中的尿嘧啶（1.0mM）（组分B）。 每个安瓿含有约1.8毫升溶液。
